There are two main aspects to this information page:

• Creation of External Examiners: In most situations this is not required as external examiners are created through the completion of the external examiner nomination. There are some exceptions including potentially the first year an institution starts to use Guru.
• Modification of External Examiner Details: This is a much more common requirement as requirements for an external examiner may change frequently. For example, there are frequently curriculum changes on an annual basis which means that the external examiner might need changes to their module assignments. There may be other scenarios such as change of email address or other biographical elements.
